We specialize in the design and permitting of advanced treatment septic systems, ATU/drip irrigation systems and nutrient reducing septic systems. We utilize the AquaKlear, FAST and FujiClean treatment units as these have proven performance advantages over other treatment products. Utilizing one of these units results in an environmentally safe septic system.

Our thorough knowledge of septic regulations and permitting requirements allows us to solve problems on your site whether you have an existing septic system that is in failure or you are looking to build a new home that will be served by a septic system. Either way, the first step is to conduct a soil investigation that is required by the Florida Department of Health (FDOH). This is where we separate ourselves from every other septic tank contractor in the state. Our licensed contractor is also a Certified Professional Soil Scientist with 20 years of experience in the state; specifically Central Florida.

Your soil conditions are accurately identified and described in order to determine what type of drainfield is required for your site and use. The appropriate system is then designed to meet state and local requirements and the application forms completed. The county health office simply reviews our paperwork and issues the permit based on our specifications.

Our goal is to first obtain your permit. With permit in hand, you can get bids for exactly what is required. Most septic contractors will give you a bid prior to the issuance of a permit. They quote you what they think will be required. This bid can change once the permit is issued.
